CANCELLATIONS:
WE PROVIDE ALL GUESTS WITH A COURTESY CONFIRMATION THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE. IN RETURN, WE REQUEST A MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS CAN HELP ACCOMMODATE OTHER SALON GUESTS WHO MAY BE ON OUR WAIT LIST. IF A GUEST HAS FAILED TO GIVE ADEQUATE NOTICE ON THREE (3) SEPARATE OCCASIONS, THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS OR ONLY BE SEEN ON A WALK-IN BASIS.


RESERVATIONS:
A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE APPOINTMENTS FOR ANY GUEST. IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT(S) 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, YOU MAY BE CHARGED UP TO 50% OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. GUESTS WHO ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE ARE CONSIDERED NO SHOWS. “NO SHOWS” MAY BE CHARGED 100% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE.
